"In Touch With Your Luxury Real Estate Needs"

 view home

As a Luxury Realtor® in Las Vegas my goal is to provide updated information on the geographic southeast section of town, including Henderson. The hillside communities Southeast of the city include the following:

* Lake Las Vegas

* Anthem Country Club

* MacDonald Highlands

* The Estate at Southern Highlands

* Seven Hills

* Estates at Green Valley Ranch

These guard-gated communities are luxury at it's best.  The rolling hills of Henderson offer chic restaurants and boutique shopping without leaving the area. Green Valley Ranch Casino and the new outdoor Town Square offer the best in nearby amenities.

Come and explore the "diamond" in the desert. Las Vegas offers so much more than gambling. The city has the best shows in the world, we're not called "The Entertainment Capital" for nothing. All major stars headline in Las Vegas. Bette Midler's new show at Caesars Palace along with Elton John just to name a few. There is no gamble with the Las Vegas Luxury real estate market. The city has been growing at a rapid pace since the early 90's. Las Vegas and Henderson have been ranked in the top 5 cities for "best place to live," with it's growing economy and cost of living index. Nevada has no State nor Corporate income taxes, thus the reason why the city draws major companies to make Nevada their corporate headquarters.

There is over $70 billion dollars currently invested in up and coming casinos and high-rise condominium projects such as:

* MGM CityCenter

* Trump Las Vegas

* Palazzo Luxury Residential Condominiums

* Turnberry Place and Turnberry Towers

* Palms Place

* Sky Las Vegas

* Echelon

* Fontainebleau

* Planet Hollywood Towers

New jazzy clubs have opened here as well. Music executive and entrepreneur, Jay Z opened his hot new club, The 40/40 Club last December 2007. There is the new Blue Martini hot spot as well as many others on the famous strip. Nearby Los Angeles, Utah's Zion National Park, The Grand Canyon and chic Palm Springs make Las Vegas the all around best place to settle down. Great weather year round invites millions of tourist per year.

Some of the best sunrises and sunsets grace this city. Sunrise mountain (named by a small group of adventurous locals in 1912) is the largest in the city with it's two peaked mountain just east of downtown. The sun rises on this beautiful mountain top with it's natural terrain each morning. Red Rock Canyon National Conservation area sets in the west with it's beauty of colorful rock formations while hiking on one of the several trails or the 13 mile scenic drive.

This exciting city offers a close get-a-away to Mount Charleston, approx 30 mins north of the city. This majestic mountain area is a refreshing retreat that stands 11,918 feet high. Enjoy the cooler weather in the summer and pack the kids up to enjoy the seasonal snow in the winter. Mount Charleston lodge offers weekend packages, has outdoor concerts in the summer and snow activities with it's arts and crafts. Beautiful log homes are available for purchase as well. Las Vegas has the Fremont Experience too. Five blocks of pedestrian fun in a covered outdoor mall that closes with a nightly light and sound show.

The Las Vegas Strip has some of the best restaurants, giving Los Angeles and New York a run for their money. World-renown chefs such as Alessandro Stratta at Alex inside the Wynn Hotel & Casino or Executive chef, Julian Serrano at Picasso inside Bellagio Las Vegas. There are many more, just check out my "fine dining" section on this website. The locals have their favorites as well, unique places hidden within the city. Ask me about these locales!!

I realize that people do business with people they trust. My commitment to your satisfaction is the foundation from which solid business relationships are built.
